It climbed to its assigned cruise altitude of 35,000 feet (10,700 m) and was travelling at 471 knots (542 mph; 872 km/h) true airspeed when it ceased all communications and the transponder signal was lost. update March 25, 2014 : the
question ''why the strong emphasis on the 6th to 8th degrees of the
Mutable signs'' has an answer. Certain planetary positions in the take-
off chart were essentially triggers for something bigger happening right
now in Malaysia's national chart.
In Malaysia's chart Progressed
Mars in Sagittarius ( long journeys ) and in the 6th natal house (
public services and servants) is squaring natal Uranus in Virgo (
natural 6th) in the 3rd house ( transportation). Where ? in the 7th and
8th degrees of Virgo and Sagittarius respectively. The placement of the
Asc-Desc Axis as well as that of the Moon in the 8th degree of Sagittarius/Gemini is not coincidental. A Mars - Uranus hard aspect is a classic
indication for the possibility of a serious accidental event and the
placement of Mars in Sagittarius speaks for itself. Transiting Neptune
in the 6th of Pisces forming hard aspects to both n. Uranus and pr. Mars
is the main influence offering the ''scent of the mystery'' in the
case.
The most important movement in Malaysia's chart is
that of progressed Sun and Mercury in conjunction to natal Neptune
which is placed in Scorpio and near the 6th house cusp. Malaysian
airline services, civil servants and authorities have made a mess with
their handling of the incident. And the nature of this progression (
Neptune/Scorpio) suggests that they very probably hide ''something''. Considering that the progression will be in action for several years I suspect that new deep ''mysteries'' are on their way...
